Refund Policy

At Malik QLA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

A. Physical Books

✅ Accepted Within [X] Days of Delivery (e.g., 14 or 30 days) if:

  • The book is unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • The book arrived damaged or defective (provide photos).

  • The wrong book was shipped (our error).

Not Eligible for Refund If:

  • The book is opened, marked, or damaged by the customer.

  • The return request is made after the 14-day window.

2. How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Contact Us within 14 days of delivery at:

  3. Ship the Item Back (if applicable):

    • Pack the book securely in its original packaging.

    • Ship to our return address (provided upon approval).

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Refund Processing – Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

  5. Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the same card or account used for purchase.

  • Store Credit: Option available upon request (if applicable).

Processing Time:

  • Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

  • If you received a wrong or defective item, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Contact us first for approval.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 30 days, please:

  2. Contact your payment provider (e.g., PayPal, credit card company).
